Location: the hotel was not far from the tree-covered mountains as well as Kot Garden. Got bright, wonderful room with great views, a window to the garden, good furniture.

I recently stayed at Kot Garden in Sapareva Banya for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping with laundry. The price of the hotel was very reasonable, and the location near the Rila lakes and mountains was perfect. I also appreciated the fact that there was no disgusting minibar practice, instead, we had a private fridge all to ourselves.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay, wish we could have stayed longer! Easy to find with convenient parking. Constantin was an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Perfect location near thermal pools, restaurants, ATM, and beautiful mountain views. Spacious and clean room with balcony. Delicious breakfast kept us full during our hike. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to the thermal pools and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony where we could enjoy the fresh mountain air. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and kept us full throughout the day. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.
We did encounter a problem with bed bugs during our stay. We brought this to the attention of the owner, but he denied any responsibility.

I recently stayed at this lovely family-owned guest house for a short vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the hot pools and surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like we were amongst friends. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had a great ambiance. The highlight was definitely the large orchard garden at the rear of the property, where we enjoyed barbecuing and picking fresh apples. Communication with the hosts was fantastic, and we can't wait to go back again.
